A Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport and a ISO 18404 certified lean practitioner, Marius has spent his career applying rigorous project governance and continuous improvement principles to complex operational environments.

Mihai is the technical engine behind AgileFleet Engineering’s frontline success.
With over 7 years of hands-on experience delivering complex projects for some of the most recognised names in the bus and coach industry, he brings a rare blend of mechanical precision, speed and problem-solving creativity to every site he steps onto.
Mihai began his engineering journey in 2013, serving in the military as a vehicle technician maintaining and repairing armoured personnel carriers (APCs). This hands-on experience in high-pressure, mission-critical environments laid the foundation for his exceptional technical discipline and diagnostic skill.
Since transitioning into the civilian sector, Mihai has built a strong reputation in the bus and coach industry for solving complex mechanical and electrical challenges with speed, precision, and a calm, methodical approach. No challenge is ever too big.
His ability to train others, adapt quickly to new systems, and consistently deliver quality-first results makes him a key pillar of AgileFleet Engineering’s operational excellence.
