2) What personal data we collect
We collect personal data only in these situations:
Contact form submissions
Data: name, email address, phone (if provided), and your message (plus any information you choose to include).
Source: directly from you when you submit the form.
Website analytics (cookies)
Data: usage data such as pages visited, time on page, device/browser type and approximate location derived from IP.
Tool: Google Analytics 4 (GA4). We do not use Google advertising features
Note: Analytics cookies run only if you consent (see Section 6).
We do not otherwise collect personal data via this website.
3) Why we use your data (purposes) and our legal bases
Responding to your enquiries and providing quotes to operate and grow our business and to respond to requests); and/or steps prior to a contract if you ask for services
Keeping basic records of enquiries and work
Security, fraud prevention, and diagnosing technical issues
We do not sell your personal data or use it for unrelated direct marketing.
4) Who we share data with (processors)
We use trusted service providers to run our website and communications. They act on our instructions and are bound by contracts:
Website hosting / IT support (infrastructure and security)
Email service provider (to receive/respond to enquiries)
Google Analytics (Google LLC) for aggregated usage statistics
Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum).
5) How long we keep data (retention)
Contact form enquiries kept for up to 24 months from last interaction, so we can follow up and keep accurate records, unless you ask us to delete sooner (subject to legal/record-keeping requirements).
Analytics data in GA4: retained for up to 14 months at an aggregated level.
6) Cookies (and how to manage them)
We use cookies only for analytics.
Essential cookies: if present, they enable core functions (e.g., security, load balancing). These do not require consent.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. These run only if you consent.

On first visit, choose Accept or Reject analytics in the cookie banner.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
7) Your rights
You have rights over your personal data, including the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, plus the right to withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time (this won’t affect past lawful processing).

8) How we keep your data secure
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege permissions, and regular updates/patching. No method is 100% secure, but we aim to reduce risk to an appropriate level.

Our site and services are aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this page from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the most recent version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
